+- Hover-only affordances must be wrapped in `@media (hover: hover) and (pointer: fine)`
+- All motion must respect `prefers-reduced-motion`
+- Breakpoints and the `respond-to` mixin live in `src/_breakpoints.scss`; do not invent extra breakpoint names
